If you purchase a subscription, billing is processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or, for cryptocurrency payments on our website, OxaPay.

If you contact support, we may collect your email address and the information you voluntarily provide.

2.2 VPN Data and Logging Policy

Tytan VPN does not collect, log, store, or share:

• Browsing history
• DNS queries
• Visited websites
• IP address logs
• Session content
• Traffic destination data

We operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy.

We do not measure how much data individual users consume. We measure total traffic per server, grouped by country without storing IP addresses, to plan capacity.

This usage data is aggregated and is not linked to browsing activity.

2.3 Device and Technical Data

To improve application performance and reliability, we may collect limited technical data such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Crash reports
• Diagnostic information

This data is used exclusively to maintain and improve service quality.

When a device signs in or connects, we use its network address only to determine its country, which we keep for service statistics. The address itself is not stored or shared with third parties.

Our servers may hold your network address briefly, for example in a short-lived browser session or to limit repeated requests. These records expire on their own within hours and are not kept as logs.

On our website we count page views and store-button clicks without cookies. Each visit only adds to a daily total by page, language, country and referring site; IP addresses are not stored.

2.4 Connection Reliability Measurements

When this measurement feature is enabled, the app may send the selected VPN server, platform, app version, VPN protocol, whether the connection succeeded, and the time required to establish the connection. The network address used for the request may be processed momentarily to derive a two-letter country code, but the IP address itself is not written to the telemetry store.

These measurements never include browsing history, DNS queries, visited domains, traffic content, email addresses, account IDs, device IDs, payment information, or individual session identifiers.

The service immediately adds each accepted measurement to an hourly aggregate grouped by country, server, platform, app version, and protocol. It does not retain a raw connection-event record. Aggregates are used to monitor reliability, improve routing, investigate broad performance patterns, and prepare privacy-safe statistical reports. Small groups are suppressed before data can be used for content publication.

3. Subscription and Payments

All subscription payments are processed by:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)
• OxaPay — cryptocurrency payments

If you pay with cryptocurrency on our website, the payment is processed by OxaPay. We receive the order status and amount, not your wallet credentials.

We do not store payment details.

Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
